Sears Complaint - I Just Want What I Paid For
STERLING, MASSACHUSETTS -- I have a Sears 54' deck gt5000 garden tractor with an extended service contract. I am going to give Sears one more chance to make it right before completing this review. I don't believe I am intimidating them--just want to try an additional avenue that just occurred to me.
I will say that 3 weeks for an at home service call in the midst of a season on a seasonal piece of equipment is unacceptable. Especially knowing that a service guy will come, analyze, order parts and come back a week after I get them mailed to me.
The service people are not the problem, I have found them to be professionals locked into a poor system.
