IMetabolic Compliment - Quick, Easy Meals: Like They Are Supposed To Be
RENO, NEVADA -- I don't often take the time to complain or to compliment, but I felt credit and a thank you are due here. I recently began a medical weight loss program at iMetabolic here in Reno. I am not hugely over weight (well I guess that depends on who you ask), but I knew I needed some help with getting healthier. They offer lots of things to help you with your weight loss goals, but I just want to write about the iMeals. These are supposed to be shelf-stable, portion appropriate meals, that are super easy to prepare and help keep you on track and away from fast food. I think this has always been my biggest problem. It is to see that there are products that live up to their advertising.
Part of my job requirements is to be on the road often. Anyone who has been on the road knows the truck stop food options aren't too healthy for you.
These iMeals haven't made me skinny yet, but I am on my way and able to keep on my calorie requirements even when I'm on the road. The meals do just what they say they do. They taste good, they aren't too big (or too small), and they keep me away from making a poor food decision. I do not need to refrigerate them, so I just bring them in the truck with me so they are there when I need them. I am sure anyone would find this to be a good solution to avoiding high calorie, unhealthy meals.
