Foothill Computers Complaint - Cheat Customers!! - Computer Repair

DUARTE, CALIFORNIA -- I got referred to these guys by a friend so I went into the shop and the customer in front of me was talking to the manager. I listened to the conversation discovered that customer didn't understand why he had dropped off his computer last time and got charged $80 for a part and this time was charged less for the same part which broke again. The manager just looked at him and said, "Well, do you want the part or not?" That really made me wonder but I shrugged aside the manager's rudeness and dropped my computer off.

My computer was fixed in two days which made me happy but three months later I had the same exact problem with my computer. They charged me $150 to fix my computer the first time and now there are trying to charge me $300 to fix the same problem!

I asked them why they didn't fix the problem properly last time and they just said that they couldn't tell completely what was wrong with it.

Yep, MRM. They've helped me in the past. Poster, state your ailment and they'll come along with a diagnosis and source of treatment. And you won't have to submit it to your insurance company.
