EHealthInsurance.com Complaint - EHealthInsurance Has Privacy and Security Problems

Over a year ago I used eHealthInsurance.com to look into insurance options. As I do not plan to use their services again, I wanted to ensure my account was no longer accessible via their on-line account management system. Not able to find cancellation or account closure instructions on their website, I called Customer Service. The solution I was offered: "Log-in three times using an incorrect password. This will disable your account." Surprised at this "security" measure, but wanting to disable the account, I did as instructed. Not only is my account still active, but it concerns me that this is the way eHealthInsurance safeguards my account and my privacy.

I've emailed the company's Privacy department and am now waiting for a response. In any event, they clearly have a problem managing on-line account access.
