Centurytel Complaint - Crooks - Phone Internet TV Package
Phone Internet TV Package - Complaint
DEPOE BAY, OREGON -- We contacted Centurytel about their Phone TV and internet package. We received a advertisement for Internet Phone and TV for the first two months for $84.95 When we contacted their agent she said that they could do better than that and that we would get 10 months for the reduced price then go to $109 . We have never seen a bill less the $140 and at present we are paying $162.
When we contacted them about the bill and said we would like to back out of the contract they very rudely said we signed a contract and nothing we could do about it, unless we would pay for the unused months of service. Centurytel uses false advertisement to obtain customers. To dumb to realize they lose money in the long run.
