Jim Ball Complaint - Poor Service at Jim Ball
ORCHARD PARK, NEW YORK -- We purchased a used truck from Jim Ball with a bumper to bumper warranty in 2007. What a nightmare this turned out to be. Their service department is poor at best. After numerous visits for repairs, one of which they will unable to fix (4 wheel drive issue), we were told that they would no longer help us with this problem and their own service manager, Peter, stated if he were being treated this way he would not come back again.
We spent close to $700 replacing the tires on this truck (which was what we were told would fix the problem) only to have wasted our time and money. They made no attempt to rectify this issue. Buyers beware, don’t plan on having your vehicle serviced with this company.
