Ride Safely Complaint - Deposits On Bids - Honda 2007

Review by Misiak on 2009-01-13
Ride Safely does not value its old clients. Recently I bid for a 2007 Honda 2000 and a 1958 Chrysler. Ride Safely wrote to me that I had won the auction and asked for payments. After 2 days I saw the 2007 Honda (the one that I had supposedly won) on line on auction again. I asked Ride Safely why they were asking for payment when the item is on re-auction. They ignored me. I had a Buell Blast waiting to be picked up by U-HAUL. Item was paid for earlier. Ride Safely blocked delivery of that item saying that I owed them 10% deposit fee for the 2007 Honda and 1958 Chrysler. I agree that I should pay for the Chrysler but the Honda was on re-bid and wasn't bought by Ride Safely ! Still they wouldn't listen. I either have to pay USD2700 or they block the Buell. I simply told them to sell the Buell to pay for the deposits which they are insisting on. I don't want anything anymore to do with this company. I'd rather lose the Buell than to send them more money. They are thieves and don't value old clients leave alone help them. This is a company to look out for.

Don't fall into their trap. There are many other insurance auctioneers. Try them !!
