DirecTV Inc Complaint - Ignored Cancellation
After 5 years of being a loyal customer with DirecTV they blatantly ignored my cancellation on January 2.
Only after I took the action to follow-up did I learn of their actions. They initially claimed to have no record of my phone call, but later told me they did have record but no annotation about the topic discussed.
It was disappointed that after 5 years and choosing another service for personal reasons I could be treated so poorly.
I used to have positive things to say about DirecTV, but now I will never recommend it to anyone.
