AT&T U-verse Complaint - Don't Even Think About It
TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- I wish I would have done my research before I let my wife get sold on this sub standard product.
Like many others I have the same complaints. Pixelation of the channels, freezing of the DVR, slow internet, channels scattered all over between 2 and 5000.The list goes on and on.
I too have called the customer service no less than 3 times. Two visits from the service tech. Very apologetic they are and they seem quite happy to tell you how they will make it all better.
I have had this service for less than a month and in my opinion three service calls in 30 days = lemon!My next call will be to cancel from this nightmare.
The phone also has been a problem, static they blame on using a cordless phone. Sunday we had no phone service in or out and call were being delivered to a voice mail box I did not know I even had. The install tech was poorly qualified to answer all questions and my wife even informed him of one of the available functions that he had no clue about on the DVR.
If you are not scared yet than you should be, biggest mistake I have ever made. If AT&T sales comes knocking on your door DON"T ANSWER!!
