Laptop-Advantage.com Complaint - Don't Buy Anything From This Company

WOODHAVEN, MICHIGAN -- I am writing this to warn people about this company with their products. I bought the laptop from them 1 week ago; and they deliver different laptop; and I called their customer service to have it exchange which they will charge me 25% of the original price + handle/shipping. Very lousy customer service after you ordered it. They charged your for everything. It is pretty hit/or miss. Please approach this company with cautious.

I would NOT buy anything worth a cent from this company again.

FYI. Not saying they are the greatest in the world, but I purchased a laptop from ibuypower.com and had no problems at any stage.

The first thing you should do is call your credit card company and tell them what happened and that you want to return the incorrect item you received. I am fairly confident that they will charge back the item to the company and you'll only have to absorb the cost of returning it. When you do return it, make sure you send it in a manner that you get some kind of receipt of delivery.
