HiVelocity Complaint - Poor Service From Hivelocity

Our office has experienced bad service from this company.

Several times our servers have been shutdown in the middle of a day because of a mistake by their techs. Once, a server was accidentally unplugged. Another time, a request was made to terminate a server and the wrong server was shut down during production time.

When help is requested their response time is deplorable. A phone call is usually not an option as all we get is a voice mail box.

We are currently terminating our relationship with them and would suggest to anyone to stay away also.
