Colonmed700 Complaint - Colonmed700 Free Trial
I signed up for a free trail of Colonmed700. I did not receive the product in time before the 15 day dead line to do so before automatically being enrolled in their autoship program. I have now received two additional bottles that I do not want and they will not reimburse me the 88.97 they automatically billed my account. The supervisor at Colonmed that I spoke to said it doesn't matter if you haven't received the product before the 15 days is up and haven't had a chance to try it before you decide if you want it or not. If you do not want to be enrolled in the automatic monthly ship more bottles and bill your account program, you have to cancel within 15 days from the day you place your order. It doesn't matter how long it takes to reach you.
The funny thing is it didn't take the two bottles they automatically billed me for any where near as long to get to me as the free trial bottle. This is a terrible company and they do not know the meaning of the phrase customer service.
