JD Byrider Complaint - Service Center

Review by CNAC is Full Of IT! on 2009-01-14
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA -- I purchased my car which is a Hyundi Sonata '03...Well after I had the car for 2 months the transmission went out and the brakes started messing up...They would not come get the car so therefore I had to get it towed myself...It took them almost two weeks to fix my car but of course I had to rent a car to get around... I asked what I would need to do to get another or in other words trade the car for another but of course the manager wants to get an attitude and stated that I could leave the car but ity would m, ess my credit up...Why in the world do they think I am supposed to make payments on a piece of BS that I can't even depend on to get me back and forth to where I need to go? The brakes did not get fixed after they claimed it had new brakes on it even though they squeaked bad as ***! Well two months later while I am downtown my car hesitates to go as I am in traffic....Once again my transmission gives out...This time they towed the car since it was the second time it has happened. I guess they thought it was going to make things better but nevertheless, I found out the place a re-manufactured transmission in my car...

I am ready to give this piece of s*** back...Don't get me wrong I like the car but I feel as if they sold me a lemon and I think they should give me some of my money back. If anybody knows how I can give the car back w/o messing my credit up please let me know!!!...I do not want to go through this mess anymore ...They are full of it!!!
