Cable Shopping Network Complaint - Too Slow When They Are Wrong

The company shipped and billed me two times for the same product has got a return on the extra product and I still have not had my money returned in over 15 days. Have been hung up on phone at least 4 times and management will not return phone calls even when they say they will and have someone else talk to me when I call to talk to them. Hope other have better services than I did with this real sad company. I will not do any more buying from.

I'd dispute the double charge with your credit card company.
