Phoenix Service Group Complaint - Getting The Run Around

My treadmill broke in October after 1 year of light use. Call to Phoenix which has the No Sweat Warranty for Dicks Sporting goods. They had a hard time finding someone to come to my area. When they finally did get someone it was a month later. The tech came. A new part was ordered, it came in and he installed it, but the treadmill is still unusable. He found another problem and said he would order the other part. This was Dec. 5th. No part has been delivered. I get only mailboxes when I call. I finally got a real person when I picked the prompt to extend my warranty. I talked to a real person who let me talk to some one in the parts department. Both of these people were to call me back. Still waiting. I asked why don't they just send another tech out to the house, as they can not find anything about the tech ordering another part.

They said they would check out there records first and get back to me. Still waiting. It is now January 15. There web site doesn't exist. Tried that also.
