Total Protect Complaint - Stop Complaining - Home Warranty

Review by Employed by Total Protect on 2009-01-15
FLORIDA -- I wish the Total Protect warranty holders stop complaining and read their contracts. The customers that complain have not fully reviewed their warranty coverage, therefore, they assume since the name is Total Protect, it provides total coverage. This is not the case, this is a limited home warranty that states specifically what is covered and provides the customer with examples and conditions that are not covered.

So, STOP COMPLAINING AND REVIEW YOUR WARRANTY.

"they assume since the name is Total Protect, it provides total coverage."

Man, how stupid can people be, huh? I mean come on, it doesn't say 'Absolutely, Completely, Total Protect' or anything misleading like that.

I am in total agreement with everyone; and I don't mean "Total" in the sense of this company's name, I mean Total as in I don't beleive you are wrong at all. The company can change its name to "We-sell-you-coverage-but-when-you-need-to-place-a-claim-on-it-we-will-deny-it-then-ignore-you-until-you-go-away-'tect" That sounds like a more fitting name.

Don't come here and complain that "People are angry when we mislead them and take their money". Crook!

I can see their stationary now. Total Protect, Well, Not Quite Total, Just Partial, So We Can Get Your Money, Then Tell You to Go Pee Up A Rope When You Complain Company.
