Kmart Complaint - GIFT CARD FRAUD
MICHIGAN -- We ordered a DVD online at Kmart.com. dec 22nd 2003. using a Gift card. mind you I recieved the confermation email that it was ordered and that "I would not be charged till the gift was shipped" LIE a BIG LIE. well on 1/7 i recieved another email saying they cancelled it due to being out of stock.. guess what they never credited us back cause THEY DID CHARGE IT. I was told like you that it would be credited but for me was 72 hours. well I called again on 01/14 and it was still not credited. was told then it would be 7 days. so would be credited by the 16th. I waited.. the 19th still no credit.. I called again and get this I was told well it wasnt credited cause the customer has to call to have it credited it wont do it automatically. Gee what was I asking for the previouse times.. now it is the 10th of FEB spent 4 hours on the phone including a 4 way conferance call with KMArt Gift CArd in Nashville, Kmart Customer service, Kmart Customer Service Supervisor, and Kmart.com and my self, ALL saying it falls on the other, Finaly they transferred me to kmart Headquarts in Troy MI, What a Joke, they passed it back to the Billing. but told me they would look into it and respond with in 7 buisness days. I am totally confused on this for much BS on a 15.00 item.. But now its a Principle thing. I bought and payed for a Product that was never delivered and that my friends is FRAUD and I am going after a Bankrupt company with all my might, PLEASE IF ANYONE ELSE HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM> POST AND LETS GET TOGETHER AND MAKE IT RITE.
