Burger King Complaint - Neglect - Customer Falling
PORTLAND, OREGON -- I was at Burger King on SE 82nd Ave. In Portland Oregon this am. (9400 Se 82nd Ave.) When I and my family were in the play area watching our kids play. When a older woman came to tell her grandkids it was time to go, she tripped over the slopped padding on the floor and hit her nose and head on the large play item! I and my daughter helped her as her nose was bleeding profusely!! We got all the napkins we could get. My daughter went up to the assist. manager and asked if someone could come and clean up the blood that was all over! He said "well no one here to clean until 11am.) So I was angry, I went and said well I would clean it up if they would give me some gloves etc. So the assistant manager gave me the stuff. Mind you he NEVER asked if she was OK or came to check!!! His intention was to put the bloody rag I returned in the bucket where it came from. I told him no I was throwing it away, as it is a serious health hazard to all!!! Blood from people. Anyway, we asked for a accident report they continued for about 10-15 minutes looking for one they said then they said the couldn't find the front page and was still looking for it. Then the assistant manager came and was going to have us fill papers out as he couldn't find the reports!!
The woman decided she just wanted to leave. I told them I was still going to put in a complaint. Also want to note there is no kind of sign stating or warning there is a slop ahead on or in the play area.
