Jetstar Complaint - Lost Then Brought Found Broken To My Home
SYDNEY -- I arrived at Sydney international airport on 13 January 2009 and was searching for my item for 2 hours at the airport ended up in lost baggage service. The carving then was delivered 10 days later, in a severe broken condition, although it was clearly labeled 'Fragile' in separate baggage.
My flight was JQ38 (Jetstar)
They couldn't tell me what was going on, and not giving me any apologize or anything until now. Oh yes, please check a 'busy' number 1300 653 077 or (02)9352 7870. I understand, in general, I heard even Prime Minister's wife lost her item until delivered finally to Kirribilli last year (hope this is not Jetstar). But this was the most horrible case that I have in my life since my traveling compare to all airlines worldwide. Be careful with Jetstar "best + cheapest" airline campaign bogus (friends it doesn't work that way).
To let people know, since I had traveled with Jetstar, many things have been happening: oxygen mask 'may not be working' announced by Captain at the beginning of flight, airplane that stops 1 meter short and need towing (happens 2x) all passengers back to their seat and fasten seat belt then wait, also toilets were not working while long queue in the sky etc etc. excluding delays and changing time schedule.
I have informed all of my friends and colleagues to be aware of Jetstar service, and have cc this to institutions and related association.
Considering Jetstar is proud of its motto of the best low cost airline? of what standard? is this just part of a marketing gimmick?
Well I can see many humbly budget Asian airlines are just better now... so why excited (see: TV campaign)?
So tell me, Mr. Bruce Buchanan. What if you were me? you smile on your new CEO position on the first page behind every seat? do you still listen to customer? is there anywhere in the website has Jetstar email address? see some officials did not perform well.. more things worse may come soon this year 2009. it's just the beginning. unhappy new year.
Someone who is a bit disappointed.
