Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Complaint - Customer Service Dept / Financial
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I was just saying to myself today as I spoke to a Dell customer service Rep, Dell has the worst customer service I have ever seen. It prompted me to come home and get on the computer to see if anyone else had the same experience.
until my experience I considered Dell to be a company with a good reputation.
I will tell everyone I know not to have anything to do with this company.
The customer service reps are idiots.
I moved and attempted to change my address with this company. needless to say it has been two months and I cannot get my address changed do to a policy of verification.
Ok yes I know other companyies have the same policy but this is ridiculous. Needless to say they send the new bill every month to the new address and yes I pay it.
They told me, they will send a verification letter to the old and new address. I told the customer Rep I never received it. Oh we only send it out once. "What" Can I speak with a customer service Rep supervisor.
No they will tell you the same thing. "What" Again can I speak to a supervisor. I finally spoke to one, who offered to send the letter out for the 6th time.
I can honestly tell you when this matter is straight my account will be closed and I never want to hear the name DELL again. They lost a customer over a poor handling of poor customer service.
