Wal-Mart Complaint - Poor Automotive Service
KEMAH, TEXAS -- We took our truck into Wal-Mart automotive center for front 2 tires only for balancing and oil change. My husband asked the employee did you balance the tires. The employee said No you wanted only rotating done on the tires. There was a miss communication problem here and we didn't appreciate it. My husband looks at the receipt before paying and realizes that he has been charged for 3 rotating tires and we don't have a spare. On the receipt it had documented that my husband had declined the rotating for the tires. The employees need to read the receipt and pay attention what they are doing. If you decide to get work done by Wal-Mart, Make sure you take a picture of your vehicle before it's worked on.
We now have to pay for new lugnuts and caps out of our pockets because they couldn't do the job right. We will never use Wal-Mart automotive center for our needs again.
