Sprint PCS Complaint - Customer Service, Illegal contracts, Liars
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I have been with sprint for over 5 to 6 years, and have had problems with them a lot. I stayed because I have a lot of family members on Sprint, so I "thought" it would be better. I tried to upgrade my phone and was told if I also renewed my contract that I would get $100 off a month's bill(told my sales person Name:carrie ID#: CC532635) My mother warned me to call and verify as she had been cheated in the past. I called to verify within 24 hours and the so-called credit that motivated my service renewal did not exist. After being on the phone for over 1hour and given the run-around and everyone telling me this offer does not exist. They offered me the cancellation line. Even after telling them how long I had been with sprint and wanted to work it out.
I asked for a supervisor Miss Theresa Boyce who refused to speak to me, instead told me new customer care employee who was obviously learning, to ask me questions, the new employee would get my answer, deliver it to her and back and forth, and blatantly refused to speak to me, then she told the new employee to just put me through to cancellation department once I threatened to cancel. Sprint PCs are just criminals, I implore you to not learn the hard way. Everything was built in the system lie to customers, and just get your money.
Once you sign up with them, they will really deal with you, so do not make that mistake. I really could not believe my mum was right, I wanted to give sprint the benefit of the doubt.
