Phillips Electronics Complaint - The Panel Run Around And 'Round

On 8-12-08 a Phillips certified repair shop picked up my TV. They decided that the panel was shot. I had owned the TV for two years and the most expensive part needed to be replaced. OK, I can handle that. The part has been on back order since then. It has been 5-6 months now and all I get from the repair shop and Phillips is finger pointing. Phillips says to call the parts supplier, parts supplier says to call Phillips. I think Phillips is insulating themselves from this and does not plan on making the part at all and hopes I just go away.
Their customer service is the pits and has a PHD in double talk and avoiding the topic at hand. If they do not plan on making the part just tell me.

I am so fed up with their attitude towards the people that support their products, all be it, bad products. I have even gotten rid of my Phillips head screw drivers. I will use a candle before I but even a Phillips light bulb. I am without a $3,000 TV and they couldn't care less.

Philips electronics have nothing to do with Phillips screwdrivers.

LOL... got rid of the phillips head screwdrivers...that is a real vengeful act LMAO......

Yep, OF. Darned good thing the OP wasn't from Michigan and had a beef with Long John Silvers. Poor fella would freeze to death in protest.
