Dodge Dakota 1997-2001 Chrome Projector Headlights - Complaint
FPO AP -- I ordered my car parts on last Oct 11. then I received my order car parts on last Dec 25. Because I'm live in FPO AP address, it's not states side.
But they sent wrong parts. I ordered chrome projector headlights, but they sent Diamond Back Euro Headlight.
I sent a E-mail with picture and called to customer service many times, but he didn't say anything and do nothing. Order receipt was correct, but shipping car parts was wrong.
Still no answer.
I sent a E-mail on Jan 22. today is Feb 1st. but they still ignore.
I paid by my credit card, they carged already. I can't to do anything.
I think this company an offer cheap price, but they don't have responsiblity about after selling.
so before when you buy something at online shop, you think about what is good online shop.
I never recommend this company. especially FPO AP adress people.

How did you pay for the order? Can you dispute the charge with your credit card company? If you are able to do that, I guarentee you'll hear from him plenty fast.
