SuperShuttle Complaint - Super Shuttle; Super Upset
WASHINGTON DC, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- We've booked a round trip from Bethesda, MD to Washington Dulles airport.
The van arrive 30 min late, the driver speeding like crazy, no seat belt in the center seat and we saw a big crack on the windshield, it's a scary ride.
Our flight arrive Dulles airport at midnight, we follow the direction to the super shuttle counter and it's closed, there's no any direction provided, after several phone call, we managed to know there's another counter open at the far end of the terminal and we have to take our luggage from one end to the other.
When we arrive, the staff told us that there'll be no van available until 6am, even we've make a reservation, we finally need to take a cab back home.
Thoughts: This company doesn't care about their customers, they prefer to let customer stuck in the airport rather than running an unprofitable trip, reservation means nothing. Take a cab cost a bit more but at least you won't ruin your trip or your life.
