OnOne Software Compliment - Great Software Company For Customer Service

This company has a customer service department that really went all out to give me good service. Even when the problem was my fault (I lost an installation disk) service was prompt and beyond my expectations. A tech support question by email was answered quickly and competently. Two phone calls were answered quickly by someone I could understand and who understood me.

There are online forms on their website to request either customer service or tech support. I just checked and found a message on the tech support page that says "Due to high email volume, our response time is currently 2-3 days." There is a phone number link at the bottom of the web page.

It was about six months ago that I last dealt with this company and since it is easier to complain than compliment, it's taken me too long to give a review. It's refreshing to know that there are still companies around who care about customers.
