N.CHELMSFORD, MASSACHUSETTS -- As a former make-up artist, I have used and recommended Loreal cosmetics/skin care for the better part of 30 years. I have used every shadow, blush, liner and especially their mascara. I have nice skin and people always ask me what I use on it. I say Loreal, hands down......

But I have a complaint about the HIP cream eyeliner. I purchased the #905 black, the #960 eggplant and the #945 teal, they are rather pricey but I bought them confident of Loreals standards. I have never been so disappointed. Every one was so dry it actually crumbled on the brush and my lid. It speckled my cheeks and ruined my foundation.

The tiny applicator was a useless instrument. I would never recommend this product to anyone. It was anything but "cream", more of a stiff flour mixture....

Oh Wow, L'Oreal has an issue because I just looked over another review about L'Oreal's mascara, and that too was dried out.
