T-Mobile Complaint - T-Mobile Internet - Lacks bandwidth and service
CLEAR LAKE, MINNESOTA -- I have a T-Mobile Wing on a contract I started in April of 08. When my new cell phone was still in its trial period I contacted T-Mobile over not being able to connect to the world wide web. When trying connect the page would not fully load, and finally time out. Being close to one of the towers with full bars did not even help. Upon contacting T-Mobile customer service told me the towers in my area were being serviced and it would only be an issue for a few days. That few days took me out of the trial period and the service has never improved.
I've now paid for nine months of service that I have not gotten. Add into this that my rebate for $50.00 on the Wing that has never been paid by T-Mobile and this goes from being one of the worst cell phone companies to pure all out fraud.
