Best Buy Complaint - Customer Service Stinks
HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- I just gave away over a thousand dollars to this company six months ago. I bought a faulty Samsung flat panel TV from these guys and they stated it had to be repaired. It has a burning smell and it does not power on. Best buy stated they would call back and they did not. I called them back and there was an appt set up with the contractor and the representative canceled it while I was on the phone. Get this, the appt was set for the next day. I asked for a Supervisor, Adrian. He said he reset the appt and sent over a confirmation to the contractor. The contractor called me the next morning and stated there was not a confirmation reset. It is obvious that with all the information on the internet that these Samsung TVs are faulty. I want my money back I do not want to invest time with a poor customer service company trying to get this TV fixed only for it to go out again after the warranty expires.
I will never buy from Best Buy, and they need to change their name to POOR BUY and proceed at YOUR OWN RISK! I will never buy a Samsung product. DON'T BUY FROM BEST BUY and DON'T BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT.
