I am a big fan of your icecream from childhood.
I love the taste of chocolate and the hot fudge at your store the best.
I regularly visit the MILTONKEYNES there at Xscape where your Baskin Robbins is located in the theater.
I find that the service is dropping day by day at you store. I think the staff of the theatre manage your store...
They are often very unfriendly and find it as an obligation to serve.
Several times they run out of single scoop cups and demand the customers to buy double scoops or else we have to walk away from your store without any Icecream.
Today was one of the days where we experienced.
Me and my family went to the theatre and just before the movie- we stood in a long queue to collect our icecream. When we approached after waiting for 25 minutes to our turn to buy the ice cream- the staff said--We don't serve single scoop today because we have run-out of our single scoop cups and if you want you can buy double scoop only or else leave the place...
I found it embarrassing and ridiculous at this approach. Single scoop ice cream could easily fit into double scoop cups... ...
I just found it rude and think your management should know. If there is no response from your end.-I shall send it to the local news paper and your head office to let them aware of this situation of your reputation.
