Dormia Mattresses Complaint - Warrant And Customer Service Totally Unsatisfactory
HYDE PARK, NEW YORK -- We purchased a mattress from Dormia 18 months ago. We purchased this because of the 25 yr warranty and by what the sales manager stated was top quality. Before one year the right side of the mattress has broken down and is sagging...in calling Dormia I was told to take pictures with a broom across the bed with ruler standing straight up. The person I emailed the pictures to did not respond. Finally found out she left company. I had to do this because Dormia no longer has reps in the field to come out and inspect. The store I purchased from, GONE. So after numerous emails I was finally told that the depth of the sinking was not at least 2 1/2 inches. UNBELIEVABLE!! I then requested COO and CEO's names/numbers/emails..and to this day no response. NEVER EVER will purchase a DORMIA MATTRESS and when it does get to 2 1/2 inch sag I will be contacting them, the Better Business Bureau, and the NY Attorney General.
If anyone has any info for me to lodge further complaints, please advise.....
