UNO Chicago Grill Compliment - Excellent Service And Food

Review by forcomplaintsonly on 2009-01-25
My wife had earned a $25.00 gift card for the Uno Chicago Grill, so we found one that was local and decided to try it out, we did not want to lose the gift card. Once inside the restaurant and looked at the menu, we were overwhelmed, because of the great selection, our waitress was very nice and patient. We asked about the different sauces they have for their boneless chicken and she offered to go get samples for us. Like I said, we had never ate at one, so we wasn't sure as to what to expect, so we decided to order meals that would come close to the $25.00, so that if the food was bad, we wouldn't have to waste our time to come back, let's say, we will be going back again, the food was great and the portion sizes were huge, their portion sizes have most of the other sit-down restaurants beat all to pieces. I would highly recommend that everyone try it at least once. I had read a couple of complaints on here for them, but all restaurants are going to have some complaints.

If we get bad service or food, we don't like to count them out, but we always like to give a restaurant at least 3 chances. If, after the third time, the food and/or service stink, then we never go back.

I thought UNOS went bankrupt a few months ago. Obviously not. My favorite is the Chicago Classic pizza.

I love their pizza but every time I go there I notice the prices on their personal pizza's go up in price. Their personal cheese pizza is almost $9 for something 5-6 inches wide. Getting to be too much for my taste.
