Costco Wholesale in Kansas City Complaint - Unacceptable Customer Service
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI -- I was in on Fri Jan 23 doing some shopping. When I started to check out I gave the young lady my membership card so she started to scan my items then she told me that my card was inactive. I didn't know what was going on because I just got the card two months ago. She called over a lady she took my card in went over to look up something then came back voided out my purchase, in a rude tone she said You need to go the the membership and sign up for another card because this is inactive. Still not knowing whats going on she took my things threw them in the cart and pushed my cart away. I was so angry that I didn't know what to say I just grabbed my purse and started to walk out the door when the cashier stopped me and told me that the numbers were incorrect thats why it came up inactive.
I didn't get any apology from that young lady [snip] who rolled my things away. I will not shop there any long nor refer anyone to that location. They are very rude.
