GoodFeet Store Complaint - GoodFeet I Think Not!

SOUTHPORT, INDIANA -- I went to the Good Feet store to get inserts due to the pain I was having in the heel and arch of my foot.

She took an imprint of my foot and told me that we were going to "re-align" my body.

After I had purchased the insert I went home and did my usual 8 mile run. The associate asked me to call after the run and when I did she was unavailable. I then spoke to the manager "Sue". She told me that I shouldn't have run in the inserts and that the pain I was experiencing was my own fault. After asking about a refund the manager "Sue" then laughed at me.

I suggest that if you have feet problems, see a real doctor. Not the "Good Feet" store.

I have inserts that were prescribed by a podiatrist in our building. She told me to 'break in' the inserts. GoodFeet dispenses instructions with their inserts on how to break in their products. Maybe the OP didn't get a copy or chose to ignore it?

I never got any written instructions from the sales person at "good feet" store about the inserts. Does anyone think its weird that the sales person called me on a Saturday morning to see how my supports were feeling? Is the sales person feeling bad for selling me supports that are causing my feet a lot of pain? Once again he told me on the phone when he called me to gently break them in for three weeks!!!
