David's Bridal Complaint - Spa Day My Hindparts...
MORROW, GEORGIA -- One of my friends is getting married in December and fell in love with a dress from David's Bridal. She entered a drawing for a "spa day" and won. Since I'm her only local bridesmaid, she invited me to come along along with her mom and one other friend. They informed us we'd be getting facials, mini-massages, and a "spa lunch".
The day rolls around and we drive well out of our way to get to this "spa". The first red flag was the name. Pink Cadillac Success Studio. Then when we arrived in the building the sign pointing to our destination said "Mary Kay". We'd been duped into going to a Mary Kay party. All 4 of us were furious. We'd been expecting a real spa the whole time, only to be stuck in a sketchy part of town being sold Mary Kay. Not only that, the saleswomen were incredibly rude. We got out of there as fast as we could.
If you Win a "spa day" from the David's Bridal in Morrow, GA, don't be fooled! Force them to tell you what it really is. My friend and I were left upset and wishing we'd forced them to tell us more about what we were actually getting into. If we'd had any clue what we were in for, we never would've wasted our time.
