Work Out World Complaint - WOW's answer to my complaint
TINTON FALLS, NEW JERSEY -- Here is their follow-up to my complaint, bear in mind that I have my contract and it is written right on it "Auto cancel after 12 months". I was a fool to think that would be enough to prevent me from getting the runaround this time. Also notice that they do not provide a name of the person responding or a phone # to call.

When your membership is cancelled, we require a 30 day cancellation notification period in which you have access to your club, and are charged your monthly dues. Our cancellation policy is stated on your contract.
