AAA Complaint - Credit Back To Debit Card Took Over 15 Days
DETROIT, MICHIGAN -- I called the automated phone system to pay my bill. The phone system had a recording that the payment could not be processed and they forwarded me to a representative I gave the same payment info to a representative They processed the payment. The next day, I see they took the debit payment 2 times (the automated phone payment went through). I called to get a simple credit back to my account. I was told I had to fill out a form and it will be a minimum of 15 business days to process. I have had NO luck in getting the money (or getting a manager on the phone)sooner since it was their mistake and not mine.
It is going on over 17 days now...still nothing. They suck and I am looking around for other carriers with better customer service.
