Spirit Airlines Complaint - Disgusting Florida Check In Staff
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- My husband and I have been traveling with Spirit since the inception of the SBA-Small Business Advantage club, always traveling in business class. We had confirmed BIG FRONT SEAT on our flight from LGA to FLL. upon checking in on the return leg in Ft. Lauderdale, we got to the counter at 3.15, our flight was at 4:05. Mojca was the check in clerk, she looked her computer screen, called Ed the Supervisor, then call the agent next to he who is Tempress only to tell us after 10 minutes that we were late for the flight and that the doors to the plane was already closed. My husband was furious, told her we had a business to run in NY and she had the audacity to tell him why doesn't he hire a private jet.
These CS reps should be fired, they offered to fly us out of FLL on Tuesday and just went about doing their business as usual. I am in the process of filing a law suit against the EVPC of Spirit Airlines.
