Complaint

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- One month ago, we went on line to see about getting our existing home loan refinanced. we went through a web site called 'esmart' they in turn found conseco financial the loan officer bought down points for me to get a lower rate i did not ask him to do this for me and if he had asked i would have told him no way why should we pay his company 3000.00 just to buy down the interest rate when i questioned him the only thing he could say was we were doing the best for our customer sorry, i do not think so oh and even after i got a letter from the loan officer who was working on the refinance i am still getting calls from one of their other loan officers.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want all other consumers to be aware that this company will do anything at all to get you the lower rate and that they need to be aware of what is on all of their loan documents---according to RESPA guidelines all information is to be revealed before the loan is completed and finalized this loan officer did not let me know he was going to be doing this---i think that RESPA should look into this loan company to see how many other violations they have made.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
