Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Dell Won't Accept Return Of Faulty Products
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- This laptop is a total P.O.S. The wireless card says its connected, but IE won't pull up any websites. It connects approx 1 of 10 attempts, and DELL says there's nothing wrong with it. And then, it won't even recognize it's own DELL laser printer on the wireless network. Reloaded printer CD several times with no luck; spent hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot it with no success. So, within the first 30 days, I demanded to return it and was told I would be charged $250 for DELL to take it back...calling it a "restocking fee" when it's most likely a dismantling and waste disposal fee since their returns are just going to the dump!
Adding fuel to the fire to burn the junk they call product, their customer service is even worse. Their outsourcing to India for support takes even more time trying to understand technical jargon with extremely thick accents; but that is DELL's point because they will run you around for hours hoping you'll get discouraged and hang up.
DON'T BUY A DELL-CRAPPO COMPUTER!! YOU WILL BE SAD!!!
