Symantec Corporation Complaint - Symantec Service Stinks And There Are Better Products - Norton System Works
Norton System Works - Complaint
WALNUT, CALIFORNIA -- Because of a 5 hour wait in trying to get service and then getting incompetent service from Symantec I decided to switch to System Mechanic. With regard to my needs this is a vastly superior product in terms of system Maintenance. I also switched to Webroot Spysweeper Antivirus/Antispyware, another product that I believe is superior to Norton Systemworks. My experience with service at Webroot has been very positive.
The best way I have of dealing with inappropriate service or products is to switch to better products or companies and tell all my friends and family.
