Alamo Complaint - Alamo Lost And Found - Customer Service Is Lost
SAN JOSE AIRPORT, CALIFORNIA -- I read a review about no lost and found in Seattle, I had the same problem in San Jose. I left an item in the car, called right away, left several messages, finally thru trial and error in the voice mail menu got someone who sent email to the car cleaning people. I believe the item could have been recovered if there was a way to call them. After 6 or so messages to the manager, he called back to say if they find it they will call me (the problem became not the lost item but the lack of being able to reach someone.) Considering that Lost and Found Dept did not return the 6 or so messages I left on their machine, how can I trust that they even looked or would call me on their own when they don't return any of my phone calls? All I get is voice mail. Writing to online customer service was worthless, they questioned that I even called the manager and lost and found dept. THEN I get a message thanking me for writing to Enterprise Rent a Car, when I was on Alamo's customer service website!!!
Customer Service is lost at Alamo, I won't be renting from Alamo SJC Airport again.
