Super 8 Motel Complaint - Charged twice and rude employees
SOUTH, TEXAS -- Recently our family visited a Super 8 Motel in TX. When we reviewed our bank statement online we noticed that we were charged twice. After numerous calls to solve this matter, the manager agreed that when we visited again, we would get the credit by staying a night. So we then visited again and stayed. Apparently the employees did not like the fact that we were back. We were at the swimming pool at 10pm and the girl from the front desk went and told us that we had to get out because it was after hours...being that there was no sign and the door was unlocked...and the prev. time we stayed we had had no problem. So the next day my husband went to the front desk....there was a flag on the wall that he liked and asked the employee if he would sell it to him. The guy said to take it and give him $20 in the morning when we checked out. So we got the flag and we didn't pay the dummy! That's what he gets for trying to sell things that don't even belong to him. They didn't have a credit card information either because the room was credited from the mistake they had done the prev. time.
