Electrolux/Frigidaire Complaint - Frigidaire - Frontload Washer

MARICOPA, ARIZONA -- When we bought our front load washer and dryer in Feb. 2008, the door on the washer had to be lifted up to close. Almost a year later and 40+ calls, Frigidaire has not showed up. They won't return your calls, e-mails and if you do get someone you can't understand them. I will never buy a Electrolux or Frigidaire product again. It seems that the way times are the Company would try to have customer service.

Its no wonder people aren't buying.

If the factory won't help you(even though you have a warranty),find a local company that can handle warranty work..They will take care of the factory issues for you.

There should be an electrolux rep come thru here with some info on how to get in contact...
