America Online Complaint - Macintosh User Receive Fewer Options
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- AOL has not address my concerns about the inequalities of Macintosh user options as opposed to Windows-based users. As mentioned before, Windows-based Version 9.0 has more options than Mac-based OS-X version. For example I tried to go to AOL Sessions to view the Josh Groban video and got an error message stating that "not available to Macintosh users".
AOL charges the same fee to Windows and Macintosh users, therefore there should be the same options. Since AOL does not value their Mac users, the monthly fee should be discounted.
