North American Bancard Complaint - Awful At Best, Is Right!
EL PASO, TEXAS -- I was asked to switch my credit card processing account over to NorthAmerican Bancards from United Bancards. I said no because I would have to pay penalties due to the fact that I had not completed my contract, they said they would pay the penalties and accommodate my gift card operations as well. When they failed to do either one, I switched back to United Bancards (even had to close down my bank account because they continued taking my money out) and when I did that, they sent me bills for penalties for $2727.59. I disputed the charges and to this date they refuse to address my concerns. Now they have sent a collector after me and I am being told that if I do not pay the $2727.59 by the end of the month, they will screw up my credit.
