1 800 Mattress Complaint - Beware Of 1800Mattress - King Koil
King Koil - Complaint
WAYNE, NEW JERSEY -- Went there bought 3 different mattress set 3rd one is a King Koil 1500.00 full size. Every mattress sagged after 1 knight of sleeping they make an appointment to send guy out to inspect bed he takes 3 weeks to get there where do I sleep in the mean time. Then I call 3 weeks later and they say it has to be 1.5 inches sag then say will talk to representative of King Koil and says he won't exchange then says will have manager calls in morning. This company are just following the rules but I am out 1500.00 I am not happy and companies like this and manufacturing companies should be forced out of business. I will search and look for a decent company.

You are relying on the word of the merchant. Probably they don't want to bother rolling a truck to bring you a new mattress because it cuts their profit. Contact King Koil directly.
