Kitchen Aid Fridge Door Handle - Complaint
I contacted Whirlpool via email & filled out their form listing the part & model numbers for my Kitchen Aid fridge door handle. There is a crack in the bottom of it which makes it loose on the door. Basically cheap chrome over plastic.
It took them over 2 weeks to reply for a simple inquiry & then some dingbat referred to me as "Ms" in their email!!!
Not happy to say the least & I sent them another email asking if she thought she was funny. Never heard back.
I'll wind up fixing the handle myself. Their wait times are unacceptable & obviously their reps are not very bright. I'm guessing an overseas customer service dept?
One reason to buy another brand when the fridge does conk out.
