VERY similar to many of the reviews I've seen on here, I maintained a perfect account for over 8 years. I took advantage of a low interest promotion they offered me, and the second it ended, with ZERO advance notice, they jacked my rate to 34%! It had been between 6.9 and 14.99% over that 8 year span. I paid it off immediately. They don't care about keeping your business at all...very cold and unresponsive. Close the account if you want, we don't care was essentially the message customer service gave me.
Avoid doing any business with ADVANTA. Certainly NOT a friend of small business.
