RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- 1800Mattress told us we would be getting the same mattress as we had seen in a local store. When it came it didn't even look like the one we thought we were getting. The mattress was out of the original plastic and looked re-taped. We think it is a USED MATTRESS. We're out $2000 and 1800Mattress is no help at all!!! We are doing a chargeback and sleeping on the floor.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY BEDS ONLINE!!! THEY LIE CHEAT AND STEAL!!! Don't sign a thing till you thoroughly inspect your bed. BED BUYER BEWARE of 1800 MATTRESS!!!
